What this teaser does

NetMarketCap is a teaser for a website planned for 2027. The site will rank stocks, crypto, commodities, property, countries, US states, people, and NFTs in US dollars. It will be information only, not investment advice. This teaser only collects an email address from people who ask to be told when it launches.

What we store

When you sign up we store:

  • your email address, in lower case
  • the date and time you signed up
  • the consent wording you agreed to, and the version of that wording (2026-10-04)
  • the page you signed up from

We do not store your IP address in the clear. To limit repeated submissions we store a SHA-256 hash of the IP address in a separate table. That hash is not stored on your sign-up record. We delete those rows after the one-hour limit window.

We do not ask for your name or any other details.

Why we store it

We store this so we can email you when NetMarketCap launches, and for no other purpose. We do not send email from this teaser, because no sender is set up. Signing up once on the page is enough. We do not send a confirmation email. The message on the page is the confirmation.

The lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The consent wording is: “Email me when NetMarketCap launches. You can unsubscribe at any time.”

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@netmarketcap.com. We will delete your sign-up. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of keeping the address before you withdrew.

Who processes it

Our processor is Cloudflare, Inc. The teaser runs on Cloudflare Workers. Sign-ups are stored in Cloudflare D1. The database is created in Cloudflare’s EU jurisdiction, so the stored record is kept in the European Union.

A Worker may process the form in a Cloudflare data centre outside the UK and the EU, and then write the record to the EU database. Cloudflare’s data processing terms cover that processing.

We do not sell the list or pass it to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up until 12 months after NetMarketCap launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. Launch is planned for 2027. We have not set a day within 2027.

The IP hash is kept only for the one-hour rate-limit window and is then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This teaser does not use analytics. The Worker does not set cookies, including tracking cookies. There is no cookie banner because the teaser does not set cookies.

Your rights

Email hello@netmarketcap.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold, or to withdraw consent. We will use the email address you write from, or the address you name, to find the row.
